Everything is packed by hand in recycled paper. Here is exactly what to expect.

Processing time

Orders leave the shop in 2–3 business days. Pre-orders and church orders of ten or more may take an extra few days; we will email you if that happens. [EDIT: adjust to your real lead times.]

Rates

Flat rate: $6 per order, anywhere in the continental US.
Free shipping on orders over $75.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a book for a full refund. It should be unread and in its original condition; if it arrived damaged, tell us and we will simply send another. [EDIT: describe how customers start a return.]

Damaged or missing orders
